Pai: choose the exact address
Pai makes sense as a housing search when you are specifically looking for the local northern belt between the airport side and Daya. That is a more useful starting point than treating the name as a promise of one uniform neighbourhood. Pai is an ordinary residential address whose quality depends on the final road.
